For the Sabine River near Hawkins...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Hawkins. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of pastures and boat ramps. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:45 PM CDT Sunday was 25.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 16.1 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
