At 906 PM EDT, a combination of a severe wind shift and severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 miles southeast of Capers Inlet to over Reevesville, moving southwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. At 855 PM, wind gust to 58 mph was observed at the Charleston Harbor Pilot Office in Downtown Charleston. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Moncks Corner, McClellanville, Goose Creek, Ladson, Hanahan, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Saint George and Walterboro. This includes the following highways... I-26 between mile markers 171 and 221. I-526 between mile markers 11 and 31. I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 59 and 85.
