This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Pebble Creek at Scribner. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Water begins to impact the bottom of the bridge on County Road 12. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.0 feet...or 7.0 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 25.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.3 feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.5 feet on 08/05/1996.
