* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Emmet. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 903 AM EDT, the public was reporting heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
