* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam and Rota.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- While showers remain limited this afternoon, a persistent
monsoon disturbance to the northeast of the region will allow
a wet southwesterly pattern to develop across the region this
evening, bringing higher likelihood for locally heavy showers
that could produce flash flooding over the next couple of
days. As such, the Flash Flood Watch remains in effect and
could be extended and potentially include Tinian and Saipan,
if conditions warrant.
