The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...
Crow River at Rockford affecting Hennepin and Wright Counties.
.Heavy rainfall this morning has lead to a rapid rise in the river
up into minor flood stage. Levels will stabilize over the next 24
hours before cresting mid-week.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Crow River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the
river begin to experience flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 600 AM CDT Sunday, the stage was 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 10.6 feet
Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.6 feet on 10/12/2019.
