should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam.
* WHEN...Through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Between 4 and 8 inches of rain has fallen over the last few
days across Guam. A monsoon disturbance well northeast of the
region will allow for a wet southwesterly pattern to develop
across the region over the next couple of days, bringing
higher likelihood for locally heavy showers. An additional 2
to 4 inches of rain will be possible through Tuesday
afternoon, which could lead to flash flooding.
