If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Heavy rain to the tune of 1 to 1.5 inches has fallen over the last hour or so, with some additional rainfall possible. A localized high water issue or two is possible over the next hour or so in the typical low-lying trouble areas. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
