* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following
area, Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas,
Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, De
Kalb, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Though storms are weakening as they approach the area this
morning, the strongest storms are still capable of producing
torrential rainfall in a short amount of time. If the
strongest storms linger over the same areas, especially if
they are urban, isolated flash flooding may result.
