deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from thunderstorms
Sunday evening and earlier this morning is occurring.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Indiana, including the
following counties, Brown, Lawrence and Monroe.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1058 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
estimates suggest between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen
since early Sunday evening over parts of the warned area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Crooked Creek, Little Salt Creek, Salt Creek, Henderson
Creek, North Fork Salt Creek and Middle Fork Salt Creek.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
