* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the following county, Berks. * WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 AM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended but the Manatawny Creek at Spangville remains in moderate flood stage so the Flood Warning continues. - For Manatawny Creek at Spangville: At 6:15am the stage was 8.07 feet.
