* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield,
Hocking and Pickaway.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 846 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5
inches are possible.

Lancaster, Circleville, Logan, Hocking Hills State Park, .
Royalton, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Sugar Grove,
Tarlton, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Clearport, Rockbridge
and East Ringgold.
