The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Pennsylvania... Swatara Creek at Harper Tavern affecting Lebanon and Schuylkill Counties. Conestoga River at Lancaster affecting Lancaster County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Swatara Creek at Harper Tavern. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, several driveways and other minor roadways are affected. Water begins to enter some basements. At 10.0 feet, high water isolates several houses. At 12.0 feet, a number of secondary roads are closed, resulting in some evacuations. A few homes are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 8.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 10.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
