For the Okanogan Valley and Western Columbia Basin: West to Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the Methow Valley: Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * Relative Humidities: 12 to 18 percent. * Impacts: Rapid fire spread is likely with any new fires.
