At 604 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout 10 miles southeast of Hickox, or 12 miles west of Woodbine, moving northwest at 15 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts around 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winokur and Tarboro.
