* WHERE...A portion of southeast North Carolina, including the
following counties, Columbus and Robeson.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 754 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
likely. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The
heaviest rainfall has occurred in the Evergreen, Boardman,
and Lumber River State Park vicinity.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in flooding.
