* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following counties, Lampasas and Mills. * WHEN...Until 245 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving showers and thunderstorms. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Goldthwaite, Kempner, Mullin, Colorado Bend State Park, Lometa, Ridge, Moline, Center City, Star, Nix, Adamsville, Caradan, Pecan Wells, Bozar, Izoro, Rumley and Regency.
