North Central Scotland County in central North Carolina... * Until 515 PM EDT. * At 122 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over portions of Moore, Richmond, Hoke and Harnett Counties, with additional heavy rain expected. This heavy rain is expected to move across the remaining warned counties in the next couple hours and produce similar totals. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
