county, Lincoln.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 543 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen so
far.
- Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is possible in the
