* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook and Will. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen near Joliet, New Lenox and Homer Glen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
