At 1104 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding ongoing across the warned area. Between 2 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. Multiple roads, interstates, and viaducts in Chicago have flooded, and water rescues are ongoing. HAZARD...Significant flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement.
