dangerous surf conditions.
* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 9 feet.
* WHERE...East facing reefs of Kosrae.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 6 AM ChST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing trade swell throughout the region
will lead to increasing surf along east-facing reefs, which is
expected to become hazardous for Kosrae by Thursday morning.
Hazardous surf will continue into the weekend as trade winds and
swells remain elevated.
