At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Baker, or 14 miles south of Liberal, moving south at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
