Carolina...
Little River At Manchester affecting Cumberland County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Little River at Manchester.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Minor flooding begins on Manchester Road
near the Fort Liberty water treatment plant.
At 24.0 feet, Manchester Road is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 23.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 12.0 feet Sunday
evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
21.9 feet on 01/31/2020.
