Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated runoff from earlier heavy rainfall causing minor flooding along Abbotts creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
