* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Laurel. In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Jackson. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 854 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manchester, Fall Rock, Treadway, Burning Springs, Sacker Gap, Sidell, Bernice, Laurel Creek, Chestnutburg, Malcomb, Mill Pond, Grace, Littleton, Urban, Shepherdtown, Tanksley, Fogertown, Byron, Wild Cat and Ammie.
