Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Franklin and Union and
the following counties, in Ohio, Butler, Montgomery, Preble and
Warren.
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 512 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5
and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
up to 0.5 inches are possible.

Hamilton, Middletown, Mason, Oxford, Miamisburg, Lebanon,
Springboro, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Carlisle, South
Middletown, Waynesville, Seven Mile, West College Corner,
Williamsdale, Darrtown, Wetherington, Four Bridges and
Hunter.
