Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Florida, including the following
counties, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns and southeast Georgia,
including the following county, Camden.
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 507 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Jacksonville, St. Marys, Fernandina Beach, Kings Bay Base,
Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Yulee,
Neptune Beach, Amelia City, Talbot Island, Little Talbot
Island, Mayport, San Pablo, Palm Valley, Sawgrass, Dungeness,
Cumberland Island, High Point and Dover Bluff.
