Frio River At Concan affecting Uvalde County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Frio River at Concan. * WHEN...From this morning to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding reaches camping areas near Rio Frio to above concan during recreation months threatening campers, autos, RV trailers, canoes and gear. Low roads and bridges are flooded and dangerous to auto traffic. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 5.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 12.7 feet this afternoon.
