At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Big Otter, or 15 miles west of Sutton, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Gassaway, Big Otter, Burnsville, Flatwoods, Shock, Nebo, Frametown, Strange Creek, Wilsie, Servia, Rosedale, Exchange, Heaters, Ivydale, Nicut, Cedarville, Chloe, and Falls Mills. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 39 and 79. Route 19 near mile marker 68.
