* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lancaster and York. * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 640 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
