* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is still occurring. * WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Essex, Passaic and Union and southeast New York, including the following county, Richmond (Staten Island). * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but only little additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
