* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following county, Lycoming. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 945 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to Flooding. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
