* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Virginia, including the following counties, in south central Virginia, Prince George. In southeast Virginia, Southampton, Surry and Sussex. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 517 AM EDT, Flooding continues across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts, have fallen over the past 24 to 36 hours. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected through this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
