Warning for the following rivers in Kansas...
Chikaskia River near Corbin affecting Sumner County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Chikaskia River near Corbin.
* WHEN...From this morning to late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying areas can be
expected, especially along the right bank.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:47 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
