Minor flooding will occur on land adjacent to the east bank of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 42.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow evening to 41.9 feet and then begin rising early Sunday morning.
