At 412 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Joy, or 7 miles west of Aledo, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Rock Island, Aledo, Milan, Burgess, Fruitland, Viola, Millersburg, Matherville, New Boston, Sherrard, Keithsburg, Reynolds, Eliza, Joy, Oak Grove, Seaton, Oakville, Hamlet, Cable, and Shale City.
