Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A generally unsettled pattern caused by localized convergence and nearby tropical disturbance Invest 98W southeast of the Marianas, is likely to produce heavy showers and thunderstorms to bring localized flash flooding risk to the region for at least the next several days.
