At 407 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Lordstown, or 9 miles south of Warren, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Youngstown, Boardman, Niles, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Lordstown, Hilltop, Austintown, Struthers, Girard, McDonald, Poland, Ellsworth, North Jackson, Churchill, Mineral Ridge, and Bolindale.
