At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produce heavy rain across the warned area, with 1.5 to 3 inches of rain total. Local emergency managers noted water approaching mobile homes in Avonworth as flooding impacts are expected to continue despite no additional rainfall.
