Water is still flowing over a number of roads. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of west central Minnesota, including the following counties, southwestern Pope and Stevens. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 956 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Morris, Hancock, Chokio, Cyrus, Lake Hattie, Fish Lake, Alberta and Morris Airport.
