At 345 am...a 52 mph wind gust was measured northwest of Kingston. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Burlington, Fort Madison, Monmouth, Wapello, Oquawka, West Burlington, Mediapolis, Dallas City, Danville, Stronghurst, Morning Sun, Kirkwood, New Boston, Keithsburg, Joy, Little York, Middletown, Carman, Biggsville, and Gladstone.
