Southeastern Stokes County in north central North Carolina... * Until 245 AM EDT. * At 845 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen since 645 PM. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
