* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, northeastern Kimble and southwestern Mason. * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 429 PM CDT, Radar showed a cluster of slow-moving thunderstorms with very heavy rain over northeastern Kimble and southwestern Mason Counties. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches have already fallen, and an additional half to one inch of rain is expected.
