* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following county, Greene. * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 302 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the last hour to hour and a half. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the next 30 minutes to an hour across area, but especially around or east of Greeneville. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greeneville, Tusculum, Mosheim and Camp Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
