possible.
* WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the
following county, Moore.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of storms capable of producing intense
rainfall are expected to move across the northern and eastern
Panhandles tonight. Rain rates of 1-3 inches per hour will be
possible with the storms.
