Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Linn County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Rapids. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects the lowest residences in Cedar Bluff. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to remain around 12.5 feet until just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
