Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Linn County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects residences along County Road F70. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.9 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
