- At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a large cluster of
thunderstorms with torrential rainfall impacting much of
central and southern Colleton County. This cluster will push
into much of lower Charleston County and far southern
Dorchester County soon. A quick 1 to 3 inches of rain could
fall through 9 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying
and poor drainage areas.
