Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing. * WHERE...Dickey and LaMoure Counties. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 539 PM CDT, Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ellendale, Oakes, Lamoure, Edgeley, Kulm, Marion, La Moure, Adrian, Verona, Jud, Fullerton, Forbes, Dickey, Ludden, La Moure City, Merricourt City, Grand Rapids, Monango, Berlin and Merricourt.
